Na’Kirra Smith attended undergraduate school at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro where she double majored in Psychology and Sociology. She then went on to pursue her Master of Social Work at Barry University. She completed her internship at Kai Wellness Center.
During her studies During her studies, Na’kirra excelled academically and gained hands-on experience working with clients in a variety of settings. She was particularly drawn to the field of therapy and found that she had a natural talent for creating a safe and supportive environment for her clients.
After graduating with her Master’s degree she began working with Kai Wellness Center. Her goal is to ultimately become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and continue working with the male adult population.

Blair Alexander Faust, also warmly known as “Mr. Blair” has worked in the mental health industry for half a decade. His experience includes working with adolescents diagnosed with mental disorders, adults, and families experiencing hardships. He served as a Facilitator at a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Center for youth ages 5 to 17 years of age, where he taught groups social skills. Mr. Blair also works at a non-profit company that provides resources and Care Coordination services to families in need.
Mr. Blair was born in Arcadia, Florida, and later moved to the South of Miami, Florida, where he spent his childhood. Mr. Blair earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology degree from Florida Memorial
University in 2018. He graduated with his Master’s in Social Work in 2024.
During his internship he worked with Kai Wellness Center. Once he graduated with his Mater’s he continued working with Kai Wellness Center. Mr. Blair is a mental health advocate and is passionate about service and helping others reach their fullest potential in life.

Marlitza Victor is currently pursuing a Master’s in Social Work at Barry University, with an expected graduation in May 2025. She earned her Bachelor’s in Sociology from Florida Atlantic University in 2020. Alongside her academic achievements, Ms. Victor is a professional
singer, serving both Haitian and American churches and collaborating with artists across South Florida.
Ms. Victor has diverse experience in higher education, case management, and is currently a high school teacher in Miami, Florida. Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and of Haitian descent, she is dedicated to assisting individuals of all ages and backgrounds. With a deep commitment to community service, Ms. Victor aims to make a lasting impact in education, social work, and mental health, while continuing her contributions to the South
Florida music scene.

Jonathan Sanon is a committed social worker who is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals within the Black and Brown communities. He earned his Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Florida International University, where he developed a strong foundation in the principles and practices of social work. Currently, Jonathan is pursuing his Master of Social Work (MSW) at Barry University and is driven by a passion for addressing the unique challenges faced by marginalized communities.
Hailing from Miami, Florida, Jonathan’s journey is guided by a desire to contribute to the healing and empowerment of his community. Through his academic pursuits and future professional endeavors, Jonathan Sanon stands as a beacon of advocacy and compassion within the field of social work.
