Why Tele-therapy?
The decision to work with individuals through tele-therapy was intentional and thoughtful. I’ve always provided the best care possible in the way that made people feel comfortable. Tele-therapy allows people to receive services in accessible, confidential and comfortable space. It eliminates the barriers found with traditional therapy such as working late, practice, weather, traffic or child-care.
What's With the Name?
KAI has several meanings: victory, start, open, restoration, recovery, king, lovable and rejoice.
Wellness refers to being fulfilled in multiple areas in life; physical, mental and social well-being
I wanted my practice to incorporate all of those concepts. I wanted a space for males to explore their personal growth and be who they are truly meant to be.
Does this stuff really work?
It only works if you’re willing to want the help. If you’re currently interested, I can help you decide if you want to continue the journey of self-discovery. There are multiple academic articles that support the effectiveness of online therapy.
